Schoenherr advises Allianz-Tiriac on lease of space for new headquarters and concept store

Schoenherr si Asociatii SCA advised Allianz-Tiriac on entering an agreement for the lease of office and commercial space in the Tiriac Tower building, located in the centre of Bucharest. The insurance company will relocate its headquarters to the leased office space which occupies three floors and has a total floor space of 4,640 m2. It will also operate a concept store in the commercial space located on the building's ground floor.

Schoenherr si Asociatii SCA's real estate team advised the tenant on preparing, negotiating and signing the heads of terms and lease agreement. Real estate senior attorney at law Claudiu Stan played a key role in the project.
