Serbia's building permits fell by 10.5%

The number of building permits issued in Serbia in February fell 10.5 percent on an annual comparison basis, to 1,786, according to the country's statistical office. The total estimated value of the planned projects covered by the issued permits increased by 12.8 percent year-on-year in February, it is announced in the statistical office statement.

In January 2023, the number of permits decreased by 8 percent year-on-year, to 1,568, while the estimated value of the projects covered by them increased by 51.4 percent.In 2022, the number of building permits issued in Serbia fell by 2.8%.
