Slovak construction company HSF System SK, a member of the PURPOSIA Group holding, has announced the successful completion of the Green Park Piešt'any project for developer GARBE Industrial Real Estate. The general contract included the construction of two buildings with a total area of more than 27,000 m2.

The implementation of Green Park Piešt'any, a green and sustainable industrial park, was carried out in two phases from October 2021. "We are pleased to be part of a project that is among the top in the field of green solutions not only in Slovakia but also in other European countries," says Tomáš Kosa, director of the international construction group HSF System, of which the Slovak company HSF System SK is a part.

The modern industrial complex consists of two buildings with a total area of more than 27,000 m2. A warehouse, production and administration building of approximately 19,000 m2 was completed in early 2024. The tenant is GPV, Europe's second largest electronics manufacturing services company. The first building of 8,000 sqm was commissioned in 2022 and its long-term tenant is the leading outsourcing company NAUT GROUP SK.

The green park is connected to its own drinking water source, has heat recovery units for heating or cooling the warehouse space, a local photovoltaic source and uses rainwater for flushing. Martin Stratov, GARBE Business Development Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, adds: "We strive to keep up with global trends in green building and energy management. Sustainability and carbon-neutral operation of the industrial parks we build is an important and long-term value for us."

The strategically located Green Park Piešt'any will provide hundreds of employees with excellent working conditions and will also contribute to the development of the entire region. The park is located just 300 metres from the motorway exit and offers easy access to Bratislava, Žilina and other markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
