TEDi to join Przystanek Karkonosze Retail Park as a new tenant

TEDi, the popular German non-food discount chain, is set to open a new store in the upcoming Przystanek Karkonosze retail park, located on the outskirts of Karpacz. This marks another significant expansion for TEDi, which has been steadily growing its presence in Poland since 2018.

TEDi, which operates over 3,000 stores across 15 European countries, offers a wide range of everyday products, including household items, stationery, toys, drugstore goods, cosmetics, and pet products. The new TEDi store in Przystanek Karkonosze will occupy approximately 800 square meters of retail space, catering to both local residents and the steady influx of tourists visiting the Karkonosze Mountains.

Przystanek Karkonosze, developed by Redkom Development, is scheduled for completion between the second and third quarters of 2025. The retail park will feature 16,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA) and will host 30 retail and service units. The tenant mix will include sectors such as clothing, footwear, electronics, home furnishings, sports, drugstores, and food service.

It will be the largest and most modern retail park in the Karpacz area, and together with the adjacent green area, it will become a commercial attraction for the region.”
