The tallest office building in Poznań is under construction for almost EUR 250m

For almost a quarter of a billion euro, Von Der Heyden Group intends to build the second tallest building in Poznań, after 105 meters high Andersia Tower. The multifunctional office building is to be 25 floors high and has three levels of underground car parks. The entire building will amount to 40,000 m2 of usable space, and the developer will apply for LEED certification at the Gold level. The general contractor of this construction will be the PORR group, while the architectural studio Architectural Design Studio by Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński from Poznań is responsible for the project. Completion of construction is scheduled for 2023.
