TJX Europe, owner of the TK Maxx chain of stores, has officially opened its largest distribution center in continental Europe in Sulechów (Lubuskie Voivodeship). The target area of more than 130,000 sqm will employ nearly 2,000 people, the company reported.

"With more than 61,000 sqm, the building is TJX Europe's largest distribution center in continental Europe and the second (after Wrocław) located in Poland. Products processed at the newly established center in Sulechów will be transported to more than 200 TK Maxx stores located in Poland, the Netherlands and Austria and Germany, where an e-commerce service was launched in May this year, the company announced.

TK Maxx is owned by TJX Europe, and the parent company is TJX Companies, Inc. TK Maxx is a chain of stores offering a selection of clothes, shoes, accessories and home accessories from fashionable brands. The company's concept is based on an off-price model, which involves selling products from well-known brands and designers at bargain prices.
