Toyo purchase 63 hectares of land in Indjija

The Japanese company Toyo tires has finalized the purchase of land in Indjija, where it will build its factory. It will build factory halls of 300,000 square meters on 63 hectares of land, and the investment will be worth 364 million euros, and in the first phase, it will employ 523 workers. This Japanese company was in negotiations with the Government of Serbia, the Development Agency of Serbia and the Municipality of Indjija for three years, until it reached the stage of buying land.

Toyo tires is one of the world's leading tire manufacturers. This concern currently has more than 13,000 employees. The company was founded in 1945, with the group's headquarters in Osaka, Japan. The group's business activities are based on three basic branches - tires, automotive technology and chemicals. Their tires have been present in Europe for 30 years. The main activity of the company is the development, production and sale of quality high performance tires.
