Turism Felix will affiliate three hotels to international chains

Turism Felix, owned by the investment fund Transilvania Investments Alliance and which manages five accommodation units in the Băile Felix spa resort in Bihor County, has signed letters of intent to enter the final negotiations with two international hotel chains, for the affiliation of three of the hotels they manage: International 4 stars, Termal 3 stars and Nufărul 3 stars.

The investment required to renovate the three hotels is estimated at approximately EUR 12 million, based on current data, and the forecasted completion period is approximately three years, phased.

"The affiliation of the International, Termal and Nufărul hotels to prestigious international networks in the hospitality industry is part of the long-term development strategy of Turism Felix SA, a strategy focused on three directions: health, wellness and harmony. I believe in the potential of spa tourism carried out throughout the year, and the international affiliation will bring us an additional factor of confidence. We have already signed the letters of intent and we are entering the phase of final negotiations, in parallel with the preparation of the renovation works of the three hotels in order to meet the required standards," said Răzvan Pîrjol, the general director of the company Turism Felix SA.
