UniCredit Bank has extended its lease agreement at the Filadelfie building in Prague 4 until 2033. The bank occupies 23,700 sqm, making this one of the most significant office lease agreements to be reached in a year marred by radically lower levels of office use. UniCredit worked with the bank's headquarters to implement the company's Smart Office concept, which allows it to optimize the space according to modern working trends. Other tenants in the building include Skoda Auto and PasserInvest Group, which developed the office building. "UniCredit Bank moved into the Filadelfie building in 2011 and became its anchor tenant," said Vladimir Klouda, the developer's executive director." The 17-storey building offers a total of 30,500 sqm of office space plus 3,500 sqm of retail space, while on six floors of underground space it can accommodate 940 parked cars.
