Von der Heyden Group to build Andersia Silver in Poznan

Von der Heyden Group has started construction of the Andersia Silver office building in Poznan. The investment is being developed by the group through a joint venture company between First Polish Real Estate B.V. and the City of Poznan. PORR is the general contractor. The 117.5-meter skyscraper will be Poznan's tallest class A office building. Andersia Silver was designed by Ewa and Stanislaw Sipinski. The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2023.
