WDP continues its investments in Romania with EUR 37 mil. in H1

The real estate developer Warehouses De Pauw continues its investments in the Romanian market. In the first half of the year, the company invested EUR 37 million in new acquisitions –it purchased a 65,000 sqm plot of land in Popești Leordeni and a 42,000 sqm industrial park in Arad.

In the first half of the year, the Belgian investor completed projects worth EUR 39 million representing logistics spaces for retailers such as Metro, Auchan, Profi.

At the end of 2021, WDP has completed investments of EUR 69 million representing 128,553 sqm built in Ștefăneștii de Jos, Cluj, Craiova, Paulești. Beneficiaries include Decathlon, LPP, Eobuwie, Profi, Rosi and Metro.
