YIT is starting another project in Rivi Bachova
Development company YIT has started the construction and sale of another new project, this time in Chodov, Prague. The Rivi Bachova house includes 47 residential units available from 1+kk to 3/4+kk and sizes up to 91 sqm. The project should be completed at the turn of 2023 and 2024.
In the Rivi Bachova project, there will be 47 apartments in the Finnish style, available from 1+kk to 3/4+kk and with an area of 33 to 91 sqm, some with a balcony or terrace. Part of the house will be commercial space with use, for example, for a showroom, flower shop or retail store. Of course, there are cellars, a carriage house and parking spaces - those in the garages will be accessible by two car lifts. On the southern facade, there will be preparation for front window screen blinds and all attic apartments will be equipped with air conditioning.
The modern high-rise building, to which the name "rivi" means "line" in Finnish, stands on the border of Mikulova and Bachova streets, on the site of a former boiler house. The apartment building with 12 above-ground and two underground floors seamlessly connects to the existing panel building and visually completes the entire block. While respecting the character of the surrounding buildings, it uses contemporary architectural elements. It draws its inspiration from Nordic architecture and is characterized by clean lines and an elegant appearance. The facade in a timeless color combination will be enlivened by protruding ridges.
