Centrum Praskie Koneser (CPK) - a company jointly controlled by BBI Development, adopted a resolution on the sale of a development project entitled "Centrum Praskie Koneser" (Koneser Project) realized by a special purpose vehicle in Warsaw and put into operation at the end of 2018, announced by BBI Development.

"The resolution adopted by the CPK management board means that CPK will start the process of identifying the market / entities that may be interested in acquiring the Koneser Project" - we read in the release.

As indicated, from the point of view of BBI Development, making the above-mentioned joint decision (together with the majority investor in this project) is important, as it starts the process of searching for a potential future buyer of the Koneser Project, and in the longer term it aims to sell this project, which would involve obtaining significant cash flows by BBI Development on this account.

The Koneser project has been largely commercialized in its diversified utility areas: offices, hotel, culture, gastronomy, services and trade, according to its press release.

BBI Development is a real estate development company listed on the Stock Exchange since 1997.
