The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has announced that it will exit Globalworth after achieving its goal. The buyer of the entire 5 percent stake is Zakiono, a consortium of CPI Property Group, owned by Czech billionaire Radovan Vitek, and Aroundtown, a Berlin-based company, that is Globalworth's largest shareholder.

Globalworth is the largest owner of office buildings in Romania, with a portfolio of EUR 1.4 billion.
