The stars came out over Budapest last night and the atmosphere was electric for the category announcements with all sectors of the industry shouting for their success. In a perfect night of good food, great networking and wonderful entertainment it was an event well needed to look back in celebration at what was completed in development, what was started and the companies that where part of them.

This years awards attracted more than 100 projects, services and company nominations in 17 categories. The awards voting jury was adjudicated by an invited top management board committee and a selected 1000 strong online CIJ readers jury. The weighting of the jury committee voting was 61% and 39% of the final result.

The winners of each individual categories also advance as nominations for the Best of the Best CIJ HOF Awards in April 2023. The Hall of Fame Awards is the climax to the CIJ Awards series, pitting the winning projects and companies from around Central & Eastern Europe against each other to determine who the Best of the Best really are.
