Logivest leases 30,000 sqm of warehouse space in Hamburg Altenwerder

In Hamburg Altenwerder, Logivest has leased a logistics property with around 30,000 sqm of warehouse and office space to a service provider for free-flowing goods from the food and non-food sector.

The property is located on an area of ​​around 70,000 sqm not far from the Port of Hamburg and directly on the A 7 motorway with very good connections to Hamburg Airport. The delivery takes place via several ramps. Divided into four lockable hall sections, the area can be used individually and the individual areas can be used independently of one another.

“As early as last year 2020, we were able to support the logistics specialists in renting an area in Hamburg at very short notice. So I am all the more pleased that we have again found a property that exactly meets the company's expectations,” said Marvin Hesse, Team Leader Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest in Hamburg.

The space was occupied in July 2021.
