The family of businessman Dragoș Bîlteanu, former president of SIF Banat - Crișana, bought a plot of land in the Politehnica area of Bucharest from the design and consulting company Metroul SA and is preparing the development of a residential complex with about 650 apartments, part of its plan to invest EUR 400 million in 4,500 apartments over the next 4 years.

“West Garden Politehnica will be built on Fabricii Street, no. 26, a former asset of Metroul SA, free of constructions, with an area of 16,500 sqm. There will be around 650 apartments. We will make a Detailed Urban Plan and we hope to start the project in the spring of next year," said Liviu Ioneanu, Co-CEO of H4L Development who represent the Bîlteanu family.
